Why doesn’t it ring at the set time?

Double Nudge helps you be ready before the time you set, so it rings only for the two nudges, never at the time itself.

How do I make it ring in Silent mode?

Turn on “Ring in Silent Mode” when editing the alarm. With it off, you get a regular notification that just vibrates in Silent mode.

My calendar event changed, but the nudges didn’t.

Changes apply when you open the app or in the background when iOS allows. In Low Power Mode or with Background App Refresh off, open the app to apply them.

I’m not getting notifications.

Make sure notifications are allowed in Settings > Notifications > Double Nudge.
